Description

Rambler Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that has undergone later alterations and includes a rear extension. It is constructed with a timber frame and has a thatched roof featuring two eyebrow dormers, positioned to the right and rear left. The cottage has red brick chimney stacks on both sides. There are small paned oriel windows from the 20th century on the right and left sides, and a central 20th-century half-glazed porch with a vertically boarded door. Inside, the cottage showcases exposed bridging and ceiling joists in one room, along with a moulded bridging joist, a moulded cornice with corner patera, and a mix of double and single roses.
