Description

Jasmine Place is a cottage dating from the 17th or 18th century, with later alterations and additions. It is timber framed and plastered with red plain tiled roofs; the right-hand crosswing and rear centre range have gambrel roofs. The cottage comprises four ranges, with the left and central front ranges being single storey, and the right-hand crosswing being one storey with attics. There are chimney stacks to each range. The windows are small-paned casements from the 20th century, with a similar window in the right-hand attic. A 20th-century glazed porch and vertically boarded door are located in the left-hand range.
