Description

Teal Cottage is a timber-framed and plastered house located on The Green in Long Melford. It possibly dates back to medieval times and features a needled main beam that has been inserted. The cottage has been restored and renovated in the 20th century. It stands two storeys tall and has casement windows. The roof is thatched and hipped. Additionally, there is a modern brick extension with a lean-to roof added to the west side.
