Description

Sunny Bank is a red brick building dating from the 18th century or early 19th century, with a 19th-century addition on the east end. It has one storey and attics, featuring casement windows with modern lattice leaded lights. A modern porch extends from the front, with a tiled roof that slopes down over it. The main roof is a mansard style, tiled, and includes an end chimney stack. The 19th-century addition has a slate roof.
