Built in 1891 by W W Roper who owned the factory adjoining No 22 on the east where horse hair bustles were made. Roofs modern tiles. Two storeys. Each bloc has 2 window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars and stuccoed flat arches. Included for group value.
