Description

62 Water Street is a mid-19th century red brick building that was originally constructed as two tenements but has since been converted into one. The building features gault brick rusticated quoins, a central strip, and a raised band. A central panel displays the date 1851. It has a modern pantile roof and stands two storeys high. The facade includes a two-window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars and four-panel doors. This building is included for its group value.
