2. Two houses. C17 and mid C19. C17 house of rendered timber frame (some pargetting remains) with gabled thatched roof, C19 brick left end stack and rear lateral stack finished in early C19 brick. Mid C19 house (The Walnuts) of flint with yellow brick quoins and dressings, hipped slate roof and brick stacks. C17 house of 3-unit plan, with mid C19 house added at right angles to left making L-plan. C17 house of one-storey and attic, 2-window range: two late C19 panelled doors, late C19 six-pane sashes set in moulded wood architraves and 3-light casement set in swept dormer. Mid C19 house of 2-storey, 3-window range: 4-panelled door with fanlight set in semicircular arched brick architrave; tripartite and 4-pane sashes set in segmental-arched brick architraves; dentilled cornice over three 3-light first-floor casements. Interior of C17 house: stop-chamfered and boxed beams and collar-truss roof with clasped purlins. Mid C19 house (The Walnuts) has central staircase with stick baluster to landing.
