The Thatched Cottage is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered building located on the west side of Cockfield Great Green. It features a thatched roof with a central ridge chimney stack. The cottage is one storey high with attics and has a two-window range of casements, along with a central doorway. The building has been renovated.
