Sparrow's House is a 16th-century timber-framed and plastered building located on Cockfield Chapel Road. It features 18th-century windows and has a tiled roof with a ridge chimney stack that has three octagonal shafts. The house is two storeys tall and has a four-window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Inside, the building showcases exposed timber-framing, ceiling beams, and joists.
