Ferncroft is a 16th century timber-framed and plastered house located in Glemsford. The building has one storey and attics, featuring a two-window range with 19th century bays that contain casements, along with a central doorway. The roof is thatched and includes a central square chimney stack. An original chimney stack remains, although a floor was inserted at a later date.
