Tuns Farmhouse is a 16th-century building constructed with a timber frame and plaster, topped with a thatched roof that is hipped at both the east and west ends. It features a ridge chimney stack and has been renovated. The farmhouse stands two storeys tall and has modern casement windows. There are lean-to additions at both the east and west ends. Inside, the property showcases some heavy exposed ceiling beams.
