Description

Upper Church Farmhouse is a timber-framed and plastered building, likely originating from the 16th century, with additions from the 17th and 18th centuries. The exterior is now faced in pebbledash, and the roof is tiled. At the south end, there is an addition that features a lower roof level and a ridge chimney stack with attached shafts. The farmhouse is two storeys high, and the northern part has a jettied upper storey at the front. It includes casement windows with lattice leaded lights. A gabled porch projects from the front, which contains an original doorway with a 4-centred arched head and a panelled door.
