Description

Tudor Cottage is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered building located on the west side of Cockfield Cross Green. It features a tiled roof and a ridge chimney stack with two diagonal shafts that have been rebuilt on an old base. The cottage has been renovated and extended, comprising one storey and attics. It includes casement windows, and the interior showcases exposed timber-framing, ceiling beams, and joists. The front of the cottage is protected by a modern crinkle-crankle wall made of old bricks.
