Description

Cross Green Farmhouse is a timber-framed and plastered building, likely dating from the 16th to 17th century, that was refronted in the 19th century using gault brick. It includes a gault brick wing to the north-east. The roof is covered with slate and features a square chimney stack at the ridge. The farmhouse has two storeys and a four-window range of double-hung sashes with single vertical glazing bars. The ground storey windows are tripartite, with narrow side lights. A gabled porch projects from the front of the building.
