Description

These are 17th-18th century cob cottages situated on the south-east side of Cockfield Cross Green, adjoining Hope House at the north-east end. The cottages are timber-framed and have been rendered with cob, with a thatched roof, hipped at the north-east corner. They are two storeys high, and feature a four-window front with small casement windows. There are two doorways, one of which is currently boarded up. A central chimney stack rises from the ridge of the roof.
