Description

The former Congregational Chapel, built around 1724, is a red brick square building located on Hall Street in Long Melford. The east front features two tall semi-circular arched windows, while the south side has three segmental headed casements with brick aprons. A central double door with eight panels and semi-circular headed panels above adds to the entrance. The roof is hipped and tiled, complemented by a moulded wood eaves cornice.
