Description

10 and 11 King Street are early 19th-century buildings located on the north side of King Street, dating from 1692. They are three stories tall and feature two windows, with a pebble-dash exterior. The windows are recessed sash types, now with central glazing bars only, and the buildings have a machine tile roof. The eaves soffit is present, and there are shops at the ground floor with wooden cases. These buildings are included for their group value, as they form a cohesive group with Nos 1 to 11 (consecutive) and the Bear Hotel.
