SEMER ASH STREET 1. 5377 (east side) Spring Cottage TM 04 NW 38/936 II GV 2. A small C17-C18 timber-framed and plastered building with a tiled roof. One storey and attics. Casement windows. A small square bay projects on the front with the tiled roof carried down over it. Two gabled dormers. A central ridge chimney stack has attached shafts.
