Description

Ash Street Farmhouse is a 16th to 17th century timber-framed and plastered building located on the east side of Ash Street. It features a cross wing at the west end, which extends to the north, creating an L-shaped plan. The roof is covered with old tiles and the building has two storeys. The upper storey of the cross wing jetties out on the south front, while the ground storey displays exposed timber-framing. The windows are casement style, and there is an internal chimney stack on the south side.
