Description

The bridge over the River Brett is a road bridge dating from the early 18th century, with its parapets rebuilt in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of orange brick, featuring white brick copings on the parapet. The bridge has three chamfered, four-centred arches that are separated by piers with heavy pointed cutwaters that slope to the top. The abutments are steeply sloped and lower, and the ramped parapet has triangular copings. Under each span, there are two brick supporting arches.
