Description

Mill House, in Lavenham, is an 18th-century building, of a similar design to numbers 81 and 92 Church Street, and likely of a similar date, although altered in the 19th century. The front of the building features a parapet, an arched modillion cornice with a central open pediment and two outer, two-storeyed splayed bays, which were rebuilt in the 19th century. It has 19th-century double-hung sash windows with single vertical glazing bars. A central doorway is distinguished by a semi-circular fanlight, pilasters, and an open pediment. The roof is tiled.
