Description

44 Prentice Street is a 15th to 16th century timber-framed and plastered building with a tiled roof and a brick plinth. It has a modern extension of one window range at the east end and stands three storeys tall. The upper storey juts out at the front, supported by exposed joists and curved brackets. There are two window ranges featuring small casements, and it has a ridge chimney stack.
