Description

This is a house dating from 1775, as indicated by a datestone in the north gable. It is constructed of brick with a pantiled roof. The house is two storeys high with attics, and has three bays. It features sash windows with glazing bars, although the ground floor windows have been widened. A rusticated and pedimented brick surround frames the front door. There are three 19th-century dormer windows, each with decorative barge boards. The building is included on the list for its contribution to the wider group value of buildings in the area.
