Description
This 18th century brick dovecote is located to the southwest of the remains of Melton Hall. It has an octagonal shape and features a conical roof covered with plain tiles, topped with an open pyramidal section. The dovecote has two opposing doors, one of which is blocked, and above these doors are diagonally slatted windows. Inside, there are brick nesting boxes for the pigeons.
