Description

No. 16 (Walcote) is a mid-19th century building located in Loddon on Market Place. It is constructed of red brick and features a black glazed pantile roof with coped gable ends. The building has brick dentil eaves and stands two storeys tall. There are two widely spaced windows on the front; the first-floor windows are sashes with glazing bars, while the ground floor has two 20th-century canted bay windows. A central glazed panelled door is set within a wooden lattice porch. Brick chimney stacks are positioned over the gable ends.
