28 London Street is a 19th-century shop featuring painted brick and a black pantile roof. The building stands three storeys tall and has five bays. It has a 20th-century shopfront, and the sash windows throughout are adorned with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches. A bracket cornice completes the design.
