Description
Nos. 95 and 95A, (Upper) St Giles Street are a building of 17th and 19th century origin, currently occupied as shops. The building is rendered and has a pantile roof. It is three storeys high. At the second floor are three widely spaced windows. There are two late 19th century shopfronts with a central and side entrance. The first floor has four sash windows, and the second floor has three sash windows with glazing bars, all set in rendered reveals. A simple 19th century box cornice is present. Rear extensions date to the 19th century. Inside, the ground-floor ceiling beams are encased and supported on cast-iron columns at the front of the building.
