Description
This building, located on Mountergate and east of St Faith's House, is a former factory that was empty at the time of re-survey. It dates from the 17th century, with alterations and an extension from the 18th and 20th centuries. The structure is made of red brick and features a pantile roof. It stands three storeys tall and has four widely spaced windows on the first floor. The central entrance consists of a two-leaf door with a rubbed brick flat arch, and there is a plain door at the extreme left. The ground floor has casement windows with glazing bars, while the first floor features sash windows with glazing bars, including sidelights to the window above the door. A long 22-light frieze window is present on the second floor. There is an external stack against the right-hand gable, along with a fascia cornice and a hipped roof.
