Description

No. 70 Bishopgate is an early 19th-century house constructed of painted brick with a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and features three widely spaced windows on the first floor. A central door is framed by a plain pilastered surround and topped with a small flat hood. The house has sash windows throughout, which include glazing bars and segmental arches. A corbelled brick cornice runs along the top, and the roof is designed with two spans.
