TG 2308 SW/TG 2307 NW BER STREET (south-west side) 23/45 29/45 5.6.72. Nos. 89 and 91 GV. II Formerly 2 houses now art gallery and workshop. Late C17/early C18. Rendered and pantile roof. 4 bays. Central door with simple surround and door to left side with pilastered surround and hood. C20 window to left side and C20 alterations to other ground floor windows. Mullion and transom windows at first floor and casement windows at 2nd floor. Central and right-side pilasters. Box cornice.
