Description

Nos. 121 and 123 on Ber Street are a restaurant and studio built in the late 18th century. The building is constructed of brick with a pantile roof and has three storeys and four bays. It features plain shop fronts and sash windows throughout, which have glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches. The corners of the building are accentuated with rusticated brick quoins, and there is a cover-brick cornice at the top.
