Description

Surrey House is a former house, now used as offices, dating from the late 18th and early 19th centuries. It is constructed of rendered material with a pantile roof and stands three storeys high, with three bays. The central entrance is accentuated by a portico featuring fluted Ionic columns and pilasters. The building has sash windows throughout, incorporating glazing bars. Decorative details include vermiculated quoins, window surrounds, scrolls above the rusticated quoins to the top windows, and a box cornice. The roof is a two-span hipped roof.
