TG 2309 SW COLEGATE (north side) 11/235 5.6.72 Nos. 3 and 5 GV II Former house, now office. C18. Red brick with long and short masonry quoins. Pantile roof. 3 storeys. 5 bays. Central door with panelled outer pilasters and moulded inner surround with keystone. Pediment supported on carved consoles. Sash windows throughout with rubbed brick flat arches. Moulded eaves cornice.
