Description

Nos. 3 and 5 Colegate is a former house, now used as an office, dating from the 18th century. The building is constructed of red brick and features long and short masonry quoins. It has a pantile roof and stands three storeys high with five bays. The central door is flanked by panelled outer pilasters and has a moulded inner surround with a keystone. Above the door, there is a pediment supported on carved consoles. The building has sash windows throughout, each with rubbed brick flat arches, and a moulded eaves cornice.
