Description

A terrace of three houses located in Bracondale, dating from the mid-19th century. The houses are built of yellow brick with a slate roof, featuring three brick ridge chimneys and red brick stacks to the rear. The terrace extends to two storeys and a basement, presenting nine first-floor windows. Access is provided by three steps leading to six-panelled doors, with a glazed panel to the right of the door at No. 52, each accompanied by an overlight with glazing bars. The door surrounds are panelled and flanked by fluted half-columns supporting triglyph friezes with dentilled hoods. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, some being large-paned, all set beneath flat, gauged brick arches. A paired modillion cornice runs along the top of the facade, surmounted by gable parapets.
