Description

3 King’s Arms Street is a two-storey building featuring lined and painted stucco over a rendered plinth. On the ground floor, there are two pairs of ‘four-over-one’ sash windows. Between these pairs is an entranceway with a rusticated surround and a fanlight. To the left, there is a shop front that includes a dentil cornice, a recessed doorway, and flanking pilasters.
