GV II

EXTERIOR: the principal elevation faces north and is three storeys high. The roof is pitched, with a chimney to the left side with dentil cornice. There is an eaves cornice under the pantile roof. The frontage is covered in painted stucco, with a rusticated first floor and flank pilasters which extend to the second floor. There is a second floor plat band. There are two sash windows at first and second floor levels, with centre glazing bars only. The windows are under stuccoed flat arches with keys on the first-floor level.

On the ground floor the wooden shop front is glazed with a central glazed recessed door and tiled stall riser.

Numbers 13 to 22 Market Place (consecutive) form a group.
