PARK LANE No 2

(Formerly listed as No 1 (The Tumbler Wheel))

GV II

2 Park Lane is a three-storey stucco-rendered building, with a hipped roof. On the roof there is a single chimney stack on the building’s northern side.

The building’s southern elevation, facing onto Park Lane, has a recessed two-over-two horned sash window and an early C19 doorcase at ground-floor level. The first-floor level has two identical recessed sash windows, while the second-floor has a smaller example.

The eastern elevation of the building, facing onto King’s Arms Street, has a four-light wooden shop window at ground-floor. The first and second floors both have a single two-over-two sash window (the one of the first-floor has a flat arch above).

2 Park Lane forms a group with 20 to 26 (even) and 30 to 34 (even) King's Arms Street.
