Description
Nos 13 and 14 on Park Road are a pair of estate cottages built in 1820. They are constructed from flint with gault brick dressings and feature a hipped roof covered in double-roll red clay tiles. The cottages are two storeys high and have a plain brick string course and brick dental eaves. The windows are two and three light casements with glazing bars, and there are cambered arches over the openings, which are rubbed on the ground floor. A central chimney stack has a moulded brick cap. On the west side, there is a catslide extension that includes two 20th-century gabled dormers. Additionally, there is a red brick and pantile outbuilding to the west, which has two doors and casement windows, along with two centrally placed chimney stacks.
