Farmhouse. Last quarter of C18 front pile with almost detached earlier pile at rear. Brick facade with flint returns, flint and brick dressing to rear. Two storey 3 bay facade with 2 ground floor and 3 first floor sash windows with glazing bars. Brick plinth and first floor plat-band. Rubbed brick flat arches to windows. Door-case with thin pilasters and entablature, fanlight and 6 panelled door. Prominent wooden eaves, 2 brick end stacks.
