Description
Home Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the last quarter of the 18th century, featuring a front section with an almost detached earlier section at the rear. The facade is made of brick with flint returns, and the rear has flint and brick dressing. The building has a two-storey, three-bay facade that includes two ground floor sash windows and three first floor sash windows, all with glazing bars. There is a brick plinth and a plat-band at the first floor. The windows are topped with rubbed brick flat arches. The entrance has a door-case with thin pilasters and an entablature, a fanlight, and a six-panelled door. The farmhouse also has prominent wooden eaves and two brick end stacks.
