Description

The Beeches is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of rendered brick and flint, topped with a slate roof. The building has two storeys and is arranged in three bays. The central entrance features a panelled door with an overlight set within a timber case. On the ground floor, there are shuttered French windows, while the first floor has three early 19th-century three-light casement windows. A timber tie plate runs along the eaves line, just below the raised wall. The roof is gabled, with gables resting on kneelers at the level of the tie plate, and there are internal gable end stacks.
