Description
Yew Tree House is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with a plain tile roof and features brick end stacks. The building has an L-shaped plan and stands three storeys tall, with a dentilled eaves band and reduced proportions on the second floor. The front has a regular arrangement of four windows, where the inner windows are narrower than the outer ones. These windows are 16-pane glazing bar sashes with gauged brick heads. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door topped by a fanlight with radiating glazing bars. There is a rear wing on the left side of the house.
