Description
Westwick Arch Lodge is an early 19th-century lodge located on the east side of Westwick North Walsham Road. It is constructed of rendered brick and brick and flint, topped with a hipped slate roof. The south front features two storeys and three bays, with a rendered finish. The central doorway has a Gothick arched head and a plank door with fillets. There are blind windows in the first and third bays, also with Gothick arched heads, and a Gothick casement window above the door. The building has flint quoins and oversailing eaves with a dentil cornice. There are blind windows on the east and west faces. The north face has two storeys and two bays made of flint, featuring four Gothick casement windows and a band of gault brick between the upper and lower windows of each bay, along with brick quoins. There is a single-storey range to the east that is of no special interest. The lodge forms a group with its pair located to the west of the road.
