Lilac Tree Farm House is an 18th-century house constructed of brick with a black pantile roof. It features a lobby entrance type plan and has one and a half storeys with five bays. The front is set on a flint plinth and showcases Flemish bond brickwork with black headers. There are 19th-century square-headed casements beneath segmental arches, and a 20th-century door is located in the second bay. The house has a moulded brick eaves cornice, three 20th-century dormers, and kneelers at the gables. It also includes an axial stack and a stack at the right-hand gable end, along with a platband and string course at the gable.
