Description
The barn at Pine Farm is an 18th-century structure built from coursed flint with brick dressings and features a renewed pantile roof with gable parapets. The yard front, facing north-west, has five bays with a plinth made of very large flints and an oversailing cornice. There are doors located at the fourth bay. The north-east gable, which faces the road, has a square brick-dressed opening with three brick ventilation slits above it, and the letters "EW" are displayed in iron. The south-east front includes brick buttresses, while the south-west gable features alternating courses of flint and regular flint and brick, along with a brick-dressed owl hole and three ventilation slits. There are additions to the north-west and a lean-to on the south-east, but these are of no special interest. The barn is included for its group value.
