Description

Grove Farmhouse Barn is a 17th-century barn located approximately 50 yards east of Grove Farmhouse. It features a construction of flint with brick dressings and a red pantiled roof. The barn has a three-stead plan with a central cart door that reaches the eaves height. The west bay includes a single brick-dressed ventilation slit, while the north bay has part brick walling with two pilaster strips and one ventilation slit. The easterly bay also has a ventilation slit and flint walling. The barn is finished with brick end quoins, and the west gable has one blocked rectangular window opening along with two gable ventilation slits.
