Description

This is a late 19th-century building located on the north side of Fakenham Market Place. Constructed of red brick, it has a pantile roof with gabled ends. A brick eaves cornice runs along the top. The building is three storeys high and features two windows on each floor. The windows are sash windows lacking glazing bars, each with a stone head incorporating vermiculated keyblocks and cills resting on small brackets. A large Victorian shop front extends around the corner to the left, featuring an entablature supported by console brackets and a common cornice. The building is designated as having group value.
