Description

No 4 on Oak Street is a mid-19th century building constructed of grey brick with a black-glazed pantile roof featuring gable ends. It has a wooden eaves cornice and stands two storeys tall. The first floor has three windows, with the center window blocked, and the sashes do not have glazing bars, all topped with flat red brick arches. The ground floor features a three-light sash window and a doorway that includes a rectangular fanlight. To the left, slightly set back, there is one blocked window on the first floor and panelled double doors leading to a passageway, which has a cornice and a relieving arch.
