Description

The Old School House is a circa 1840 house constructed of brick with a black glazed pantile roof. It is a two-storey, three-bay building. The front has two ground floor and three first floor sash windows, with glazing bars. The ground floor windows are set within cambered arches of rubbed brick. A raised and fielded door, partly glazed, is set within a reveal. The building features a brick dentil cornice, brick parapets, and end gables. An outshut extends to the rear, and part of a former school building is attached to the house.
