Description

Hill House is a mid-19th century building constructed of buff brick, featuring a black-glazed pantile roof with coped gable ends. The structure has brick dentil eaves and stands two storeys tall. It has three windows, which are sashes with glazing bars and flat rubbed brick arches. On the ground floor to the right, there is a square bay window with a 3-light sash. The central entrance consists of a flush-panelled door with panelled reveals, and it is framed by a porch supported by fluted Doric columns and an entablature. The house is positioned at right angles to the road.
