Probably C18, 2 storey, stucco, lined and painted, plinth. Pantile roof. 3 near-flush-frame sash windows. Part with eaves band. No 44, 6-panel door, and with slightly higher roof, and slightly set back. Remainder formerly a pair with centre chimney. Centre, ground floor, near-flush-frame sash window with glazing bars. No 48 early or mid C19 wood shop front with pilasters and central entrance with double doors and fanlight.

Moyshiel Restaurant. No 44, Nos 48 to 54 (even). Nos 60 to 78 (even) and Courtyard form a group.
